At the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation, my role was multifaceted, deeply impactful, and aligned with both my professional expertise and personal values. During my tenure from March 2020 to April 2021, I was instrumental in various key projects that significantly advanced the foundation's mission to enhance healthcare in our community.

I successfully led the launch of a comprehensive rebranding initiative and a new website, aimed at modernizing our image and improving our online presence. My efforts in organizing Northern Alberta's first 'Gaming for Good' event, coupled with my strategic oversight of our newsletter, annual reports, and multiple marketing campaigns, greatly increased community engagement and funding.

I managed the setup and promotion of innovative fundraising solutions like Text 2 Give, online stores, and auctions, which were pivotal during the pandemic. Additionally, I coordinated a virtual gala and created a 3D tour of our Festival of Trees event, both of which expanded our reach and fundraising capabilities significantly.

These initiatives not only preserved but also enhanced our fundraising activities, allowing us to support crucial medical equipment acquisitions and frontline worker aid during a critical time. Working at the foundation during such a transformative period was incredibly rewarding, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to my community while expanding my professional skillset.
